Payment Options
The following insurance plans are accepted within the practice though you should always verify with your insurance provider prior to attending appointments:
Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania, Oscar (Optum), Oxford (Optum), United Healthcare (Optum), Quest Behavioral Health
For out of network patients or those who prefer to pay out of pocket, a per visit fee is charged and payable upon your arrival. If desired, please ask for a superbill if you would like to submit a claim to your insurance with out of network status. Clients can then submit Superbills to insurance companies for possible reimbursement directly to you. Repayments are determined by insurance companies based on their policies and are not guaranteed. We accept all major credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted under any circumstances.
